MNSure is a marketplace where Minnesotans can shop, compare and choose health insurance coverage that meets their needs. MNSure offers multiple health plans from insurance companies all in one easy-to-shop location. Consumers can compare plans side-by-side. MNSure is also the only place you can go to see if you qualify for federal tax credits to help with your insurance premiums.

 

Open enrollment begins November 1, 2025 and ends December 15, 2025 for January 1, 2026 coverage.

 

Applications for MA and MNCare can be completed anytime during the year.
