Employment and Training Programs
Inter-County Community Council provides a variety of services designed to help gain employment or enhance your current employment opportunities. The employment and training programs provide services to residents and businesses in Northwest Minnesota through the following programs; Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Minnesota Youth Program (MYP), and State Dislocated Worker Program.
Our Employment Case Managers provide job training and assessments for career exploration and additional employment services within our seven county service area. We provide people with career counseling and direction to determine the appropriate career paths and what actions are needed to achieve their goals. Employment and training programs provide an opportunity to make a difference in each and every person that receives services. We provide training opportunities that will help individuals gain the knowledge and experience to obtain employment.
We provide the following services:

Inter-County Community Council is contracted with the Northwest Private Industry Council (NWPIC) to provide WIOA Title I Programs and State Dislocated Worker Programs. ICCC is also a direct recipient of Minnesota Youth Programs (MYP) and Funding to provide services.
